the map
this is the map that i worked on. it started of as plain piece of paper which i put through the printer putting the map i had drawn in photoshop on it. i then scrunnched it up into a ball several times then spilt tea and wine on to the map and teared it a bit to create the worn look. i then made some blood splats and put them on the map. they are our link buttons to the scenarios in the site

Wrong answer..
the viewers choice of action reflects on what illustration is shown next..
some colour will be added and the illustration will be improved
but you get the idea..

Failed Front Page..
I tried playing around with the front page a bit more, this time without using real mud & scrapes and trying to do it all on photoshop..
it looks too artificial and that's not the theme we're going for

First Site Map
here is the first draft of our site map..
(click image to see entire screen shot)
we will have a front page (shown in previous post) - which is the 'enter page' for the site.
following that will be a map of notts hot spots where fights take place..
depending on what area you click will depend on the next page you see..
for instance, if you click a bar - the 'spilt drink' scenario will appear..
an illustration of a drink being spilt on someone will show, followed underneath by the 3 options..
1) blame the spilt drink on them.
2) offer to buy them a new drink.
or
3)ignore them and walk off.
you have the option to pick one of the above choices. Again, depending on what one you pick, will determine if you successfully avoid the fight, or... if you get a punch.

Front Page Design!
here are a couple screen shots of the design process of the front page.
the final image will be a link which enables you to enter the site.
created in illustrator, photoshop & a bit of diy in a muddy garden.
it is based on 'the worst-case scenario survival handbook' cover - shown here..
but edited to include a 'fight' vibe..
